10 Step Drawing People by Justine Lecouffe is a great resource to have at your side when it comes to drawing and sketching. The book is easy to follow and the drawing exercises are broken down into a step by step process that explains how to draw everything from an eyeball to a person. Already, I can see instant improvement in my sketches and drawings, which for me is a great confidence booster that encourages me to keep drawing. The 10 step drawing guide takes the student through all of the fundamentals from how to draw eyes, ears, mouths, noses, and much more. This book is a great instructional guide for anyone who is interested in drawing people. I strongly recommend this book because it has helped me to improve my drawing and sketching immensely. It feels good when you finally get something on to the paper that you like, that's when you know that you are improving. Below is a sketch that I have completed of a women based on a model from the book. Though the model that I depicted looks nothing like the women from the guide, I can still see the improvement in my sketches and that's what's important to me.
ENJOY!
